In the world of high tech, controling the flow of information is POWER! And when information is dished out one sided because of a monopoly choke hold on who gets to speak or not the TRUTH falls victim. And the TRUTH remember is supposed to SET YOU FREE !

WEF Calls for ‘Interventions’ in Free Speech to ‘Improve Safety’
In a new twist, German economist Klaus Schwab’s organization claims it is “thinking of the children” with its new push for online content moderation.
Despite the findings, both Ofcom and the WEF suggest that they know better than the parents regarding what is good for their children.
To prevent all that potential harm, the WEF’s solution is for Big Tech companies to incorporate “a wide range of interventions” to remove any offending content from the Internet.
Klaus Schwab also boasts of having the loyalties of many governing leaders and their cabinets more than happy to please their leader. Take Canada's very own Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for example.
Why are some people worried?
Critics say these amendments could give the CRTC the power to regulate the posts that millions of Canadians upload every day to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
"The kind of speech that many Canadians engage in on these platforms is just basic, fundamental freedom of expression that does not require, and should not be subject to, any sort of regulation or regulatory oversight by a broadcast regulator," said Geist.

Aretha Franklin’s Iconic Song ‘Natural Woman’ Faces Calls to Be Removed From Streaming for Being ‘Harmful’
Nearly 55 years after its initial release, Aretha Franklin’s iconic track Natural Woman is potentially being canceled after it was deemed offensive.
According to The New York Post, the Norwegian activist group, The Trans Cultural Mindfulness Alliance (TCMA), took to Twitter last week to slam the famous track as it is harmful to transgendered women.
“Aretha Franklin’s 1968 song ‘Natural Woman’ perpetuates multiple harmful anti-trans stereotypes,” TCMA declared in the tweet. The organization then stated that there is no such thing as a “natural” woman. “This song has helped inspire acts of harm against transgender women.”

And at what cost? Because this is a very personal reflection, we are going to leave it at this. I do shake my head often however when I hear a youth eager to get onto that red carpet. I question how informed that eagerness really is.

Someone with critical thinking skills is able to think rationally and clearly about what they should or not believe. They are capable of engaging in their own thoughts, and doing some reflection in order to come to a well-informed conclusion.
A critical thinker understands the connections between ideas, and is able to construct arguments based on facts, as well as find mistakes in reasoning.

The future is a slippery slope off the deep end. If we hit the cusp we are in big trouble people. Because some thinkers are thinking up ways to herd the human cattle and whip them into a better producing livestock!
