TALL ( HEIGHTS) RICH was born in the East of Jamaica, in the 1960s. and always had music around him growing up, as his grandmother was a person who sang at wakes. Another very positive strong influence came from his Uncle, UPLIFTER who was a powerful & inspiring singer known through out his Rastafarian culture for spreading knowledge and teachings of Rastafari Livity through his music.

TALL (HEIGHTS) RICH:I Am very sure that there are many plants that can substitute for eating bugs to obtain protein such as organic broccoli, peas, asparagus and nuts etc.
Health begins in our kitchen, not the doctor's office. We are what we eat so it's about unlearning and relearning how to eat the right way.
SHYRICK: The world is experiencing upheaval and chaos. Imagine the ending as complete implosion where we find ourselves needing to re-construct. How would you visualize a brave new world if you were left standing to build it?
TALL (HEIGHTS) RICH:I would first make sure we have a great leadership infrastructure in place founded in love and raspek for life!

That is why it is essential to reverse the downward trend of conscious music across multiple genres like roots and gospel. In your experienced opinion, what would it tale to turn things around again and fortify the message and the music?
TALL (HEIGHTS) RICH:The record companies and presenters are the main people who contribute to derogatory music. I grew up on listening to clean conscious music which is with I even today.

People esspecially children live what they learn and all I can hear on these platfiorms and radio stations is: sex, drugs, money in their music.
We sure not doing a good job for our youth, so we need to take a deeper look into what we are feeding the minds of the next generation, they need upliftment and positive growth.
l also strongly know that artists can change this narrative and they too should be held responsible for negative contents such as embracing killing violence and degradation of women for example.
