2020 got off to a little slower than normal start for us here at the NATION's CAPITAL. DJ Fatta Icon was down and out due to knee replacement surgery... the NATION however was treated to a newly rebuilt 24/7 stream, so as long as the good good vibes flowed everyone remained happy !
Being disabled however didn't mean the music stopped flowing into the station ... heck no! DJ Fatta Icon informes us that he has stacks of tracks piling up during the 4 week down period just waiting to drop in 2020 and the first opportunity to crack into the freshness was February 3rd, which was the long awaited return date of DJ FATTA ICON .
He didn't dissappoint at all, tossing down some fresh artists to the station as well all of which were teasers for our highly anticipated up comming >>> EVA FRESH NEW BLOOD<<< presentation featuring FRESH TRACKS AND FRESH TO SHYRICK ARTISTS EVERY LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH .
But what stole the show for us here at BOSSmagazine was a sweet brand new dancehall track ( released late Nov 2019 by Sajay Productions) called ME & YOU that will definately get you up and dancing to its addictive beat. ME & YOU is a collaboration Between world renown ANTHONY B and KERRY STARR.
It's not a highly complicated track in regards to context and content, but it's sitting on a zippy beat thats guaranteed to make your feet want to get up and go. And the engineer works a little extra magic into the track as well making it modern and very easy on the ears.
